Coastal Cleveland Branding
The goal was to create a distinct and cohesive brand identity for Coastal Cleveland, an apparel boutique that embodies the laid-back, soulful spirit of lake life. The branding should evoke feelings of calm mornings on the dock, breezy boat rides, bonfires by the shore, and the timeless charm of lakeside living—all while capturing a casual yet stylish aesthetic that appeals to both seasonal visitors and year-round lake lovers.
Fabulous Female
The Fabulous Female is a locally-owned women's clothing store offering apparel, handbags, jewelry, and gifts. The owner reached out to Holly K Design, requesting multifunctional window graphics to protect merchandise from the sun and to promote the boutique to passersby.
Daisy Lane Corner House
When a house for sale has this much to offer, you create a brand for it! The goal was to create a professional, visually appealing brand identity for a home being sold directly by the owner. This branding will be used to attract potential buyers, generate interest online and in-person, and convey the lifestyle, value, and unique character of the property—without the use of a real estate agent.
Travelers Board Game
This was a super fun project to work on! The goal was to develop a vibrant, engaging, and cohesive brand identity for Travelers, a travel-themed board game that takes players on a journey across iconic landmarks, cultures, and global challenges. The branding should evoke a sense of adventure, wanderlust, and friendly competition, while appealing to both casual and seasoned board game players.
One of the coolest parts of this project was taking the game creator’s original artwork and modifying it into the elements of the game board, the components, and the collateral.

A local paving company reached out to Holly K Design with a desire to build their recognition using a strong visual identity that reflects quality, durability, and precision.
Lago at Lakeside
Local restaurateurs were in need of a new brand to complement their latest restaurant concept. The location…a gated community that attracts seasonal visitors to the coastline of Lake Erie. A beachy concept with an elegant feel was created, from the logo to the hand painted mural that welcomes guests as they first enter the restaurant.
Artsy Occasions
Artsy Occasions was the custom design stationery studio that started it all! I founded and operated the studio for 10 years, designing elaborate wedding stationery and adorable party invitations for happy clients all around the world. All the while winning various accolades and industry awards that led to the creation of Holly K Design!
